The inspector

Paul Curcio (pronounced: Kur-see-oh) is a licensed North Carolina General Contractor (residential and building classifications) and has been a licensed North Carolina Home Inspector for over 20 years. Paul has lived in the Charlotte area for over 30 years and has been involved with the construction industry for over twenty years, during which he gained a great deal of hands-on experience. Paul has earned his associates in mechanical engineering degree and worked more than 10 years as head designer for an industrial construction engineering firm where he gained knowledge and understanding of building systems and components.
